Calve Pindakaas (Peanut Butter)
*Image and Text Contributed By Denison Tan*
*So popular that shelves at AH are cleared and suitcases back to Singapore packed with 10's of these jars.
- There are two kinds, the brown lid (creamy) and the yellow lid (crunchy) of which the latter seems  more popular. Packed with nuts, but more finely ground than the American versions. Very smooth and creamy with an aftertaste of roasted peanuts.*

Cheeses,Waffles,Chocolmel
Recommending Balsamic Mustard 3.95 which is one of the many flavored mustard avaialbe. The Large mustard seeds added texture, crunch and a very light spice tone, with the balsamic accenting the flavors. Definitely a must try.
Click here for ABBA location of larger Albert Heijn where above goods were purchased. Located near to Old Amsterdam cheese shop.

Fresh/Smoked Fishes
 Purchased from Vishandel Smit
Smoked Mackerel
€6.20 0.564g
*Great smoky flavor and great to have with steaming hot rice. Very similar to how Japanese have their mackerel. Boild entire vaccum pack to heat  up contens, cut open and serve. Excellent! Can keep refrigerated for 2weeks*
Haring
€6.30
*Without its condiments of white onion and green pickles, the haring does lacks luster. Can keep refrigerated for 1week*
Smoked Eel
€5.15 0.088g
*The MUST buy here. Its creamy, salty. Somewhat reminiscence of a large anchoivy but not as salty, but more flavorful. Will definitely be getting more the next time.
Can keep refrigerated for 2weeks*
The nearest fish shop is located aprox 400m away and provides vacuum packing services.
ABBATip:
Although this place is the closest to crew hotel for purchasing fish, if one does have the time, one may proceed to
Albert Cuyp market to get slightly cheaper fish from there. Vacuum packing services are also available over there at the open market. Click here for Amsterdam - To Do Albert Cuyp Market
